Weld County RSVP is proud to announce that it is hosting our first volunteer recruitment fair. Come and join us on November 15 from 9:00 a.m. to noon at the Carbon Valley Regional Library. The library is located at 7 Park Avenue, Firestone, CO 80504. With your help this volunteer recruitment will help support the RSVP Volunteer Programs including: America Reads, Grocery Shopping Service, Veteran Services and SHOP. Join Weld County RSVP and other agencies for volunteer possibilities in Dacono, Firestone and Frederic.
Weld County RSVP is nonprofit that offers services to 20 communities in Weld County by providing volunteers 55 and older to over 82 agencies. Sponsored by the University of Northern Colorado and the Weld County Area on Aging to serve the needs of the communities for all ages. Programs include Grocery Shopping Services, Reading Partners, Disaster Preparedness, Veteran outreach, Medicare assistance and our SHOP program for building handicap ramps. Weld County RSVP has been a guiding force in Weld County for more than 44 years and has both respect and support of the community.
