Western Welcome Week (WWW), Littleton’s signature community celebration, returns for its 97th year August 8 to 17. Founded in 1928, Western Welcome Week is a 10-day extravaganza celebrating Littleton’s community spirit with dozens of family-friendly events and activities. WWW is a wonderful way to meet neighbors, have fun, and deepen appreciation for Littleton’s friendly spirit. Many events are free to attend.
The festivities kick off with the Opening Night Concert with Little Jam featuring That Eighties Band, followed by the WWW Drone Show at Sterne Park on Friday, August 8. Events continue throughout the week, including a kids’ fishing derby, pancake breakfast, duck race, craft fair, car show, pig roast, art exhibits, and more. The Grand Parade, the celebration’s main event, steps off at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 16.
WWW is a 501(c)3 nonprofit relying on the generosity of donors and volunteers who work hard to keep Littleton’s hometown spirit alive. Residents and businesses who want to see this hometown tradition continue to thrive are invited to take part!
