Greeley’s Beautification Program

The Neighborhood Improvement Grant Program launches March 1. It offers neighbors mini grants to help spruce up their neighborhood. The City of Greeley’s Neighborhood Resource Office invites neighborhoods, blocks and homeowner associations to submit applications. Community members can use the funding to improve and beautify their neighborhood. All project ideas are welcome. New greenery, signage or even a neighborhood-wide clean-up day all qualify.

Greeley’s Beautification Program

“By giving residents the tools to lead local clean-ups and lasting improvements, the Neighborhood Improvement Grant Program helps keep Greeley cleaner, safer, and more beautiful — one block at a time,” said Neighborhood Resource Office Planner Betsy Kellums.

Key Dates
Grant applications open on March 1 and must be turned in by April 15.

Grant Information – Two Options Available
Gift Cards: $100 gift cards are available for neighborhood activities. Approved activities include a clean-up day or block party.
Permanent area improvements: Neighborhoods can apply for improvement grants of up to $2,500. Permanent improvements include landscaping, signs, community green spaces, lighting, safety projects and more.
