Weld County Highlights Wellness for National Nutrition Month!

March is National Nutrition Month, and Weld County is highlighting a range of local offerings that help residents build healthy habits, whether that means learning new skills in the kitchen, adding safe movement to a daily routine, or connecting older adults with nutritious meals and one-on-one support.

“Good nutrition is a gateway to wellness at every age,” said Weld County Commissioner Chair Scott James. “National Nutrition Month is a great time to explore the available resources in Weld County to support healthy eating, active living, and overall well-being.”
