Catering Class Visits Nana Bea’s

A Windsor High School class field trip arranged by Beth Francis, Family Consumer Science teacher, brought her students to Nana Bea’s House of Windsor serving ice cream, coffee, sandwiches & much more to learn about how a small business operates. Co-owner Joel Jensen gave a very enlightening, interesting and fun presentation about the inner workings of his business which is co-owned with his wife Cindy. Students posed questions about the business and then were afforded an opportunity to stay after the presentation for refreshments and a bit of fun before returning to class. All and all the get together was educational for both the students, teacher and the presenter, Joel Jensen.
