Senior Connection Show in Longmont on May 24

The popular Senior Connection Show, for active seniors… and anyone planning to become one… will be at the Longmont Elks Club
Ballroom, on the corner of third and Coffman Street, on May 24th. What would you rather be doing on a Tuesday? The open house
runs between 9 am and 1:30 pm but come early to enjoy all the vendors, prizes, on stage action and desserts! Admission is free for this full day of entertainment, fashion show, activities and information.

Guests can win door prizes by playing the roulette wheel. Each person will be given two tokens when they enter the ballroom.
They will pick up additional roulette wheel coins as they visit each of the vendors in the hall. The first 100 guests will received a free book by Ron Vejrostek, local author. It explains the many scams aimed at seniors. Ask him to sign it.

Activities on stage occur on the hour beginning at 10 am with Dancin’ Divas Perform at Longmont Senior Connection Grant Ole Opry, guitar and vocals by Grant Mcintosh. At 11 am, a spring and summer fashion show will be presented by Vicki’s Boutique, with all senior models.

Longmont’s own Dancin’ Divas will perform at noon. The grand finale at 1:00 pm is the complimentary dessert table. Senior Connection is not just about entertainment, though. It will showcase an array of products and services that cater especially
to the tastes and practical needs of today’s seniors. Participating vendors will offer financial planning, health and fitness options, legal services, male health care, insurance, cosmetic surgery, cruises, massage, assisted living, retirement communities, home health, handyman services, gifts for grand children, medical equipment and supplies, senior travel packages,
and jewelry.

Call a friend and plan to spend the day at the Senior Connection. There is no admission charge and all ages are welcome.
