7:00 am – 11:00 am – Flu, Pneumonia, Tetanus, and tDap vaccinations available! Medicare Part B accepted ~Fees May Apply~
If you want to have your blood drawn, please call 970-350-6633 and make an appointment. Leave a message that the appointment is for the Senior Health Fair.
A 12 hour fast is recommended for the Chem 24 test only. Diabetics should consult with their physician before fasting. Everyone is encouraged to drink plenty of water which makes drawing blood easier for everyone.
Vaccines for pneumonia, flu, and tetanus/whooping cough combination are available. Medicare billing is available only for pneumonia and flu vaccines. We do not accept any other insurance.
Please note: the Health Fair is not a substitute for a thorough examination by your physician. Participants are reminded that an important aspect of wellness is working with their personal physician to reduce modifiable risk factors. No medications should be altered before or after the Health Fair unless under the advice of your physician.
Free screenings offered: skin cancer screening, bone density screening, BMI information, blood pressure, agility and dynamic balance testing, spinal and postural screening, hearing screening and more!
Education booths include: Elder Care Network, File of Life, Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital, Senior Resource Service and more!
