What’s Left On Your Bucket List?

Nurse Next Door is proud to introduce the Dream On Seniors Wish Foundation to Colorado. Dream On has been described as the “Make a Wish” foundation for seniors. Many lucky seniors up north have already been granted wishes that were once thought out of reach and Nurse Next Door’s Dream On Foundation is hoping to gather referrals from the Colorado area to make even more wishes come true.

“Retirement does not mean that it’s time to slow down and give up on your dreams,” explains Tiffany Turner, franchise owner of Nurse Next Door in Fort Collins and Boulder, Colorado. “Nurse Next Door has always been an advocate to celebrate aging, offering more than just senior home care services, and the Dream On Foundation is the perfect outlet to go above and beyond and inspire older adults to keep on dreaming.”

The first wish granted by the foundation was a long overdue reunion of family members for 92 year old Eleanor of Halifax, Nova Scotia who was granted a Via Rail train ride to visit her birth town and last remaining sibling – A lasting memory for Eleanor and an honor for the Dream On Foundation to play a role in this special event. If you or someone you know has a wish that needs granting, or your organization would like to contribute or sponsor to the Dream On Seniors Wish Foundation, please visit www.dreamonseniorswish.org/.
