The City of Fort Collins is accepting on-line applications for the use of $1.6 million in grant funding dedicated to the creation of affordable housing in the community.
Funds are allocated to affordable housing providers and developers, as due on sale loans, with the purpose of providing housing to low and moderate income households.
The City is accepting pre-applications at www.fcgov.com/social sustainability through August 4. Successful pre-applicants receive almost immediate notification of eligibility to proceed with a formal submittal. The deadline for final submittals is Thursday, August 25.
