Meet Crystal Goodman

Senior living veteran Crystal Goodman has been appointed Executive Director of The Lodge at Greeley Senior Living, a new 55+ community in west Greeley offering 92 independent living, assisted living, and memory care rental apartments and studios in a variety of floorplans.

Goodman has worked with seniors for almost two decades and previously served as Executive Director of Windsong Memory Care, where she handled all aspects of opening two new senior communities, including recruitment, staff training, regulatory compliance, budgeting, marketing, and event planning.

Prior to that, she worked for 11 years at Leisure Care, a nationally renowned senior living operator, first as a Sales Advisor and then as Guest Services Manager.

Goodman is a trained professional in Human Resources, Qualified in Medication Administration and first aid/CPR, and has her ALR Administrator’s Certification. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Illinois University with a major in Mass Communications and Media Arts and Radio/TV Journalism and Marketing, with a specialization in Public Relations.

She is also a compassionate and active member of her local community, volunteering with the Greeley and Fort Collins Chambers of Commerce, the Alzheimer’s Association, and other local groups.
